Back in 2017, Liz Solomon Dwyer rolled out a small cart in Manhattan’s Financial District and started selling something that was nearly unheard-of in New York City: Austin-style breakfast tacos. Before long, New Yorkers began lining up for her perfectly-portioned, irresistibly delicious tacos – fresh flour tortillas with eggs, cheese, assorted fillings, and housemade salsas – and this taste of Texas became a certified phenom. Today, King David Tacos can be found throughout the city, at everywhere from carts to brick-and-mortar locations to coffee shops.

- Breakfast Tacos ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Store tacos in the freezer for up to 6 months.
- Store salsas in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
To Serve
- Place 1 frozen taco in the microwave.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds.
- For each additional taco, add 15–30 seconds of cooking time.
- Let stand briefly, then enjoy.
