"Taste of Juliana's" Sampler - 4 Pack

The “Taste of Juliana’s” Sampler includes four legendary pies consisting of the signature Pizza Margherita, a Pepperoni pizza with slightly spicy cups, the white-sauce Pizza Special No. 1 with succulent pancetta and scallions, and a classic White Pie with fresh garlic. Each pizza is expertly turned inside the original, hand-built, coal-fired oven by Juliana’s, which was co-founded by celebrated proprietor Patsy Grimaldi and his wife Carol at their iconic Brooklyn building. These thin-crust pizzas highlights the finest house-made and internationally-sourced ingredients, including fresh mozzarella, Scamorza Affumicata, and DOP tomatoes, baked at 800 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure coal-fired perfection for every order.

This package serves 8-10 people and includes

  • 1 Margherita Pizza
  • 1 Pepperoni Pizza
  • 1 “No. 1” Pizza
  • 1 White Pizza
  • Each pizza measures 14"
  • Pizza ships refrigerated with ice packs, which may thaw in transit.
  • Upon arrival, remove outer packaging and refrigerate or freeze until ready to eat.
  • If refrigerating, best enjoyed within 3 days.
  • If freezing, best enjoyed within 30 days.

To Serve

  • Thaw pizza in the refrigerator overnight or allow to thaw at room temperature for 30-45 minutes until thawed but still cold.
  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Discard the cardboard insert and place pizza directly on the middle rack of your oven.
  • Bake for 6-8 minutes or until the crust is soft, the cheese is melted, and the center is hot.
  • Remove pizza from the oven and set aside to cool for 1 minute on a wire rack (a cutting board will work too).
  • Slice, serve, and enjoy!
