For nearly 40 years the Gainey family has been making the same thing at their Maryland landmark in Lanham and Bowie: 10 ounces of fresh, hand-picked all-jumbo-lump crab meat, perfectly seasoned with Old Bay, held together with a touch of mayo, absolutely no filler. The Washington Post called it “about as close to perfection as crab meat can get.” The Crab Bomb™ is trademarked because there is only one.

- Each Crab Bomb is 10 oz. and serves 1-2 people
- Crab Bombs are shipped fresh and must be refrigerated upon arrival
- Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- We do not recommend freezing this item.
To Serve
- Remove from packaging and place on a baking sheet.
- Heat in a 500° F preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown (internal temperature should reach 140° F)
