The full 10-ounce Crab Bomb™ in the Firecracker variation: all-jumbo-lump Maryland crab seasoned with black pepper and dry mustard for a bold, spiced kick — the Gainey family’s alternative to the classic Old Bay formula that the Washington Post called “about as close to perfection as crab meat can get.” Nearly 40 years at Bowie and Lanham; no filler in either version.
- Choose between 2, 4 or 6 Firecracker Crab Bombs
- Each Crab Bomb is 10 oz. and serves 1-2 people
- Crab Bombs are shipped fresh and must be refrigerated upon arrival
- Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- We do not recommend freezing this item.
To Serve
- Remove from packaging and place on a baking sheet.
- Heat in a 500° F preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown (internal temperature should reach 140° F)
