Jasper Hill Farm’s Vermonter: three crowd-pleasing cheeses from the Greensboro, Vermont Cellars, sweet-savory spiced pecans, and buttery wheat crackers — the most popular Jasper Hill collection, built around the accessible end of the brothers’ raw-milk and cave-aged range. The taste-of-Vermont gift that has been converting new cheese fans since Andy and Mateo Kehler first started selling in 2003.

This package serves 8-10 people and includes

  • Cabot Clothbound Cheddar Cheese Wedge (12 oz.) – A new American classic—this traditional style cheddar is savory and bright with a sturdy, crystalline texture and a caramelized finish. Made by our neighbors at Cabot Cooperative Creamery and cave-aged to perfection in our Cellars. 2006 ACS Best in Show Winner.
  • Harbison Cheese Wheel (9 oz.) – A rich and flavorful bloomy-rind (brie-like) cheese wrapped in spruce bark. The decadent, spreadable texture is best enjoyed by slicing off the top and going in with a spoon.

  • Whitney Cheese Wedge (12 oz.) – A raw milk raclette-style cheese made from our own herd. An ideal melter with buttery, smooth flavors and a peachy washed rind that lends a gentle, aromatic funk. 2022 ACS Best in Show Winner.
  • Sugarbob’s Finest Kind, Maple Spiced Pecans (2.5 oz.) – Smoked Maple Syrup, six aromatic spices, and pure maple sugar combine to create this crunchy Vermont favorite.
  • Castleton Simply Wheat Crackers (5 oz.) – Simple, buttery, and lightly salted, these crackers are a state-wide favorite that allows the cheese to shine.
  • Though our nutrition facts list a serving as 1oz, a good rule of thumb is to plan on about ½ to ⅔ oz of each cheese per person.

Jasper Hill Farm, the Greensboro, Vermont creamery behind Harbison, Willoughby, Bayley Hazen Blue, and the world-renowned Cabot Clothbound Cheddar, was built from scratch in 1998 when brothers Andy and Mateo Kehler bought a rundown 200-acre farm and turned it into one of America's most celebrated cheesemaking and cave-aging operations. Their 22,000-square-foot, seven-vaulted underground aging facility is among the finest in the country — the final stop for cheeses from six different artisan creameries.
