Some Prep
A diabolical amount of goodies await with this all-or-nothing variety pack. Six uniquely delicious cheeses cover every style in our collection. We’ve paired them up with two cured meats, crunchy pecans, a set of four bespoke preserves, and buttery shortbread bites. Break out your biggest board and let the good times roll.
This package serves 25-30 people and includes
- Whitney Cheese Wedge (12 oz.) – This raw-milk Alpine-style cheese has a smooth, pliable texture and a savory, nutty flavor.
- Moses Sleeper Cheese Wheel (16 oz.) – This soft bloomy rind, or brie-style cheese is buttery and approachable. The downy-white edible rind is mild and faintly earthy while the creamy interior tastes of garlic butter when fully ripe.
- Caspian Cheese Wedge (12 oz.) – Caspian has a kaleidoscopic natural rind that encases this cheese’s unique paste. Inside, Caspian has a range of textures and flavors and sports a chalky, lactic core with lemony brightness. Near its rind, the paste breaks down into a soft texture with a mushroom aroma much like a bloomy rind cheese.
- Willoughby Cheese Wheel (8 oz.) – This washed rind cheese is buttery, rich, and savory with a gentle, aromatic funk. A sliceable, pudgy texture turns molten and gooey when heated–perfect for baked brie or tartiflette recipes.
- Bayley Hazen Blue Cheese Wedge (12 oz.) – A raw-milk natural rind blue with a dense, fudge-like paste and well-distributed veining. Toasted-nut sweetness and anise spice take the lead, with the classic peppery bite subdued in favor of grassy, umami depth.
- Cabot Clothbound Cheddar Cheese Wedge (12 oz.) – A new American classic—this traditional style cheddar is savory and bright with a sturdy, crystalline texture and a caramelized finish. Made by Jasper Hill’s neighbors at Cabot Cooperative Creamery and cave-aged to perfection in the Cellars. 2006 ACS Best in Show Winner.
- Row 7 Garleek (4.2 oz.) – A garlic-leek hybrid cooked confit-style in a bright, sweet-savory vinaigrette. Bold allium flavor and a bright acid backbone make it mellow enough to eat by the forkful.
- Row 7 Tomatoes (4.2 oz.) – Sweet Prince tomatoes capture peak-summer flavor with an intense combination of sweet, bright, and bold flavors and the depth of slow-roasted tomatoes.
- Barr Hill Raw Honey (2.5 oz.) – Raw honey from Barr Hill Distillery in Vermont.
- Vermont Salumi Red Wine & Garlic Salami (4 oz.) – A classic combination of pork with cracked pepper, garlic, and red wine. This salami is balanced, flavorful, and pairs well with hard cheeses, sandwiches, pizzas, and more.
- Vermont Salumi Lonza (2.5 oz.) – Lonza is lean, herbed pork loin aged for several months for delicate complexity. Bright, clean, and herbaceous flavor pairs beautifully with cheese. Made by a Vermonter with Italian roots.
- Sugarbob’s Finest Kind, Maple Spiced Pecans (2.5 oz.) – Smoked maple syrup, six aromatic spices, and pure maple sugar combine to create this bright and distinctive snacking pecan.
- Though our nutrition facts list a serving as 1oz, a good rule of thumb is to plan on about ½ to ⅔ oz of each cheese per person.

World-Renowned Farmstead Cheeses from Vermont
World-Renowned Farmstead Cheeses from Vermont

Built from scratch in 1998, when brothers Andy and Mateo Kehler bought a rundown 200-acre farm in Greensboro, Vermont, Jasper Hill Farm has become the world-renowned creamery behind Harbison, Bayley Hazen Blue, and Cabot Clothbound Cheddar. Its 22,000-square-foot, seven-vaulted cellars — the final aging stop for cheeses from six artisan creameries — rank among the finest cave-aging operations in the country.
In 2026, the farm's spruce-wrapped Winnimere was named Best of Show at the American Cheese Society competition, the fifth such title in Jasper Hill's history. From a Vermont hillside to cheese boards across the country, Jasper Hill's award-winning cheeses are shipped nationwide on Goldbelly. Turns out America's best cheese comes from a barn in Greensboro.
