It’s the signature that made Icebox Cafe famous, the Miami Beach kitchen Robert Siegmann opened in 1998. - Each cake measures 8" and weighs approx. 5 lbs.
- Cake ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Cake may be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks or in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- If the cake is to be consumed within 24 hours, please place in the refrigerator to allow to defrost.
- For best flavor, place at room temperature (away from the sun), for 1 hour prior to consuming.

- To slice cake, it is best to use a sharp knife that has been run under hot water to ensure a clean cut.
