Robert Siegmann spent years as a caterer before opening Icebox Cafe in Miami in 1998. The stylish restaurant remains one of the city’s most popular destinations for modern comfort food infused with flavors from around the world, but it’s perhaps most famous for its legendary, award-winning homemade desserts.
