Bake-at-Home Cookie Dough Bucket

This is the cookie that stopped New York City in its tracks. Chef Danielle Sepsy’s recipe took over six months to perfect and the result is a buttery, rich chocolate chip cookie with crispy golden edges and a warm, gooey center that melts in your mouth. These aren’t the big, fat cookies you’ve seen everywhere. These are smaller, thinner, and nostalgic in the best possible way, just like grandma used to make. Each bucket arrives with 40 cookie dough balls, ready to bake and enjoy in just minutes. These cookies make the perfect gift for any occasion, holidays, birthdays, corporate gifting, or just because someone deserves something incredibly delicious.

NYC's Viral Cookie Sensation

Four friends, Ian Martin, Chef Danielle Sepsy, Aaron Ratner, and Deon Whiskey, were tired of the big fat cookie scene that had taken over New York. They wanted to go back to their roots with a smaller, thinner cookie with crispy edges and a warm gooey inside, just like grandma used to make.

Ian (@immaeatthis), one of NYC's most trusted food voices with over 1.3 million followers, teamed up with Chef Danielle, NY Times Best Selling Cookbook author, a finalist on HBO Max's The Big Brunch, and founder of The Hungry Gnome Baked Goods. Together the team spent over six months perfecting the recipe until the cookie was just right.

When they debuted at the Macy's Herald Square Holiday Market in Winter 2025, New York City lost its mind. Lines stretched over an hour long and they sold up to 20,000 cookies a day. The bucket, the french fry scoop, the smell of warm cookies fresh from the oven became a phenomenon that spread across social media faster than the cookies could come out of the oven.

Now Ian's Cookie Jar is shipping nationwide on Goldbelly. No hour-long wait required.
