Four friends, Ian Martin, Chef Danielle Sepsy, Aaron Ratner, and Deon Whiskey, were tired of the big fat cookie scene that had taken over New York. They wanted to go back to their roots with a smaller, thinner cookie with crispy edges and a warm gooey inside, just like grandma used to make.

Together the team spent over six months perfecting the recipe until the cookie was just right.
When they debuted at the Macy's Herald Square Holiday Market in Winter 2025, New York City lost its mind. Lines stretched over an hour long and they sold up to 20,000 cookies a day. The bucket, the french fry scoop, the smell of warm cookies fresh from the oven became a phenomenon that spread across social media faster than the cookies could come out of the oven.
