What better way to indulge your inner kid than with a grown-up grilled cheese? This sando is seriously next level: our signature blend of gruyere, vella mezzo secco, and fromage blanc sandwiched between a green onion salad from ACME Bread Co. It’s a Hog Island favorite, and for good reason–it’s a rich, melty meal that goes great with oysters, our house-made pickled veggies, or all by its glorious self.

It’s vacuum-sealed and ready to heat, just throw that beauty into a pan or on a panini press, if you’ve got one, and watch the cheese melt!

This package serves 2-4 people and includes

  • 2 assembled Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
    • Each sandwich measures approx. 8″ × 5″
  • 1 jar of House-Made Pickled Veggies (16 oz.)
  • Cooking instructions
  • Sandwiches and pickles ship cold with ice packs and should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.
  • Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 7 days.

To Serve

  • Heat a panini press or skillet with a bit of butter.
  • Once hot, cook grilled cheese for about 7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and melty.
  • Remove from heat and enjoy alongside house-pickled veggies.
