Wagyu Bacon Cheeseburger Kit for 4

These bestselling Wagyu burger patties are pre-formed 75/25 grind for the most decadent burgers! Top them with the Signature Heritage Bacon, rich Artisan Cheddar Cheese, and freshly cracked pepper for a meal that will make him feel like a King for a day!

The competition for the best burger blend is practically as American as the burgers themselves, and Heritage is proud to say that their Wagyu burgers are hands-down the most popular burger they’ve ever carried! They are 100% sure that you will find this hamburger absolutely exquisite — the best burger you’ve ever tasted. Just give it a chance, and you will be a convert forever!

They first tasted this hamburger in 2004. The team at Paradise Locker Meats told them that the creation they were most proud of was their delicious Wagyu burger made from a secret blend of the best cuts of the steer. After one bite, they were convinced, this was the best burger they had ever tasted and the only one they would ever offer!

Patrick Martins founded Heritage Foods in 2001 to preserve endangered species of livestock from extinction. These species were the foundation of our food supply for 5,000 years, yet they receive almost no attention. Today, Heritage Foods supports over fifty family farms that raise Heritage breeds – the very foundation of our agricultural history and gastronomic identity. These animals are raised humanely, outdoors, on pasture, using traditional farming techniques. The result is the world’s best-tasting, highest-quality meat – more marbled and boasting a far more profound taste and depth of flavor than what you’ll find at the supermarket. This is what meat used to taste like, and what it’s supposed to taste like, and with one bite you’ll understand the difference!

To Serve

Burger Patties

  • Take the fully thawed meat out of the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to cooking.
  • Drain the excess liquid from the package over the sink, remove the ground meat from the packaging, and pat dry.
  • Season with salt and pepper right before you begin cooking.
  • Heat a griddle over medium heat. Once the griddle is lightly smoking, carefully place the hamburger in the middle and allow it to sear. Continue to cook the meat for 3 minutes and allow it to brown on one side. Then flip the hamburger and cook for another 3-5 minutes to your preferred doneness. 2-3 minutes after flipping the burger, add sliced cheddar cheese to the top of the patty and cover it to allow the cheese to melt.
  • Remove from the griddle once cooked, add the pre-cooked bacon, and serve on a burger bun with your preferred condiments.

Bacon

  • Remove the fully thawed bacon from its packaging and pat them dry.
  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Place bacon strips individually on a foil lined sheet tray and bake, rotating the tray every 10 minutes until you reach the desired crispiness.
  • Once the desired crispiness is reached, remove the pan from the oven, remove the bacon from the foil, and place onto a wire rack. Allow the fat to drain for 2-3 minutes before serving.
