Options Include
- 5.5-6 lbs. (Serves 4-6)
- 6.5-7 lbs. (Serves 5-7)
- 6.5-7 lbs. (Serves 6-8)
- Rib Roast ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store in the freezer for up to 6 months or in the refrigerator for up to 30 days.
To Serve
- Take the roast out of the refrigerator an hour prior to cooking.
- Preheat your oven to 450℉.
- Season liberally with salt and pepper on all sides.
- Sear on all sides in a hot pan until browned.
- Move to a roasting pan lined with a rack and cook at 450℉ for 15-20 mins for an even crust.
- Lower the oven temperature to 300℉ and check every 15 minutes until the roast reaches your desired internal temperature (130℉ approximately for beef.) The internal temperature will continue to rise slightly after leaving the oven. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
