This package serves 10-12 people and includes
- Berkshire Bacon (1 lb.)
- Tamworth Bacon (1 lb.)
- Duroc Bacon (1 lb.)
- Bacon ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store bacon in the freezer for up to 6 months or in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
To Serve
- Remove the fully thawed bacon from packaging and pat dry.
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Place bacon strips on a foil-lined sheet tray and bake, rotating the tray every 10 minutes until you reach the desired crispiness.
- Once the desired crispiness is reached, remove the pan from the oven, remove the bacon from the foil, and place onto a wire rack.
- Allow the fat to drain for 2-3 minutes before serving.
