Carrot Cake from Haydel’s Bakery is a scratch-made dessert featuring a spiced batter with pumpkin, carrots, and pecans topped with cream cheese icing. This raisin-free specialty is crafted by a legendary New Orleans institution founded in 1959, now led by a Master Baker who once broke the Guinness World Record for the largest king cake.

This package serves 12-14 people and includes 1 Carrot Cake

  • Each cake measures 8" and weighs approx. 4 lbs.
  • Cakes ship frozen with dry ice.
  • Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
  • Upon arrival, store cake at room temperature or in the refrigerator or freezer.
  • Cake can last at room temperature & in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
