This package serves 2 people and includes
- Lobster Bisque (32 oz.)
- 2 Half Shells of Lobster Mac & Cheese (each 4 oz.)
- 2 Dulce de Leche Cakes
- Each cake ramekin measures approx. 2.5"x 2" and weighs approx. 6 oz.
- Items ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store items in the refrigerator if cooking within 3 days.
- Mac & Cheese and cakes may be stored for up to 9 months in the freezer.
- Bisque can be stored in the freezer for up to 12 months.
To Serve
Lobster Mac & Cheese on the Half Shell
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Remove shells from freezer.
- Remove plastic wrap and wax board and place shells on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 40 minutes until bubbly and internal temperature reaches 165°.
- Enjoy!
Lobster Bisque – Oventop
- If frozen, thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours immediately before use.
- Pour contents of package into a pot.
- Heat on medium heat until hot, stirring often, do not boil.
- Serve and enjoy!
Lobster Bisque – Microwave
- If frozen, thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours immediately before use.
- Pour contents from package into a microwave safe dish.
- Stir and loosely cover.
- Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes at a time or until hot, stirring occasionally.
- Do not allow to boil.
- Serve and enjoy!
Dulce de Leche Cakes
- Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours prior to baking.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and remove plastic wrap.
- Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges of cake are firm.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately.
