Since 1996, Mike and Denise Busley have been hand rolling pie dough to create their signature fruit pies like Cherry Crumb Pie, which is loaded with Northern Michigan Montmorency cherries and boasts a bubbling ring of berry juice around the crust. Grand Traverse Pie Company has been featured in Country Living as well as Oprah’s “O” Magazine.

- Each pie measures approx. 9"
- Pies are baked fresh, frozen, and shipped without ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store items at room temperature or in the freezer.
- Pies can last up to 3 days at room temperature and up 2 months in the freezer.
- Keep pie in the bag and freeze it inside pie box or clear container.
To Serve
- Allow to thaw at room temperature at least 8 hours prior to serving
- Preheat oven to 300°F
- Remove pie from the box and bake for 20-30 minutes.
- Internal temperature must reach 165° for 15 seconds
- Remove from oven, slice, and enjoy!
