Gramercy Tavern Mushroom Lasagna includes in-house pasta rolled out daily and golden brown roasted mushrooms mixed into a buttery sauce with Ricotta and Grana Padano. This legendary menu favorite comes from the cookbook of Gramercy Tavern, a Michelin-starred New York pioneer of the farm-to-table movement led by Chef Michael Anthony.
Lasagna may contain a variety of mushrooms, which may include white mushrooms, maitake, oyster, shitake and more.
This package serves 4 people and includes 1 Tray of Mushroom Lasagna
Gramercy Tavern encourages you to have fun by garnishing the Lasagna with your favorite field mushrooms.
- Lasagnas ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival, immediately store lasagna in the freezer until ready to serve
- Lasagnas can be frozen for up to 2 months
- Remove from freezer 24 hours in advance and hold in refrigerator until ready to cook.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Place lasagna on an oven tray and cook for 30-40 minutes at 375° or until hot.Lasagna will soufflé while cooking but will deflate once removed from the oven.
- Remove from oven.
- Serve and enjoy!
