Gambino’s Mother’s Day parfait cake: the New Orleans bakery’s classic almond cake layers in pink, white, and blue, finished with cream cheese frosting and soft pastel floral decoration. From the scratch-baking institution Joe Gambino established in 1949 — Beulah Ledner’s tradition of baking each layer separately, applied to the cake that celebrates the people who deserve it most.
This package serves 12-15 people and includes 1 Mother’s Day Parfait Cake
- Each cake measures 8"
- Cakes are made to order, frozen and carefully packed with dry ice to maintain freshness.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, let it defrost in the refrigerator overnight or on the countertop for approx. 1 hour before serving.
- To store for later, place in the freezer for up to 6 months.
