Gambino’s Jack-O-Lantern cake: the New Orleans bakery’s classic almond cake built into a jack-o-lantern shape and decorated for Halloween. From the scratch-baking institution Joe Gambino established in 1949 on Beulah Ledner’s tradition — the bakery that makes New Orleans’ birthday cakes also handles the holiday table.
This package serves 12-15 people and includes an 8" Jack-O-Lantern Cake
- Cakes are made to order, frozen and carefully packed with dry ice to maintain freshness.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, let it defrost in the refrigerator overnight or on the countertop for approx. 1 hour before serving.
- To store for later, place in the freezer for up to 6 months.
