This family-owned brand uses fresh dairy from their local farm and authentic olive oil imported directly from their family orchards in Greece to maintain a secret recipe tradition dating back to 1972.

- Each pizza serves 1-2 people, measures approx. 9", and weighs approx. 1.5 lbs.

- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, place pizzas immediately in the freezer. If you wish to keep them longer, you can store them in the freezer for up to three months.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 450ºF on bake mode and place on oven rack approx. 4-5" from the bottom of the oven.
- Remove pizza from packaging. Wipe away any moisture, lightly oil pizza pan & return pizza to pan.
- Cook from a frozen state for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on center rack.
- Please Note: Cook Time Depends On Two Important Factors – How Well Your Oven Heats, And What Type Of Pizza You’re Cooking (Veggie Pizzas And Multiple-topping Pizzas Will Take Longer To Cook).
Tips & Tricks
- Pizzas may arrive with double pan to ensure no damage on long journeys. You may remove one for cooking.
- Keep an eye on your pizzas. Do I even need to say that?
- If you want a golden-brown bottom, remove from pan carefully and place on pizza stone. Rotate pizza if necessary.
- Remove pizza from your oven and let it cool on the counter for a few minutes.
- Dip pizza crust in Four Brothers Greek salad dressing (EXPERT LEVEL).
Quick Fixes
- If your sauce is too watery, bake the pizza longer.
- If the crust is browning too quickly, move to a lower shelf in the oven.
- If the crust is not browned enough, move to a higher shelf in the oven.

Four Brothers Pizza Inn in Lakeville, Connecticut built its reputation on crispy, flavor-packed Greek-style pizza, a recipe born after the Stefanopoulos brothers emigrated from Greece in 1972. By 1974, the hardworking family had opened five restaurants, including the Lakeville landmark where their legendary secret pizza recipe first took shape. The flavorful, crispy pies quickly captured New England’s attention, turning Four Brothers into a regional favorite rooted in Mediterranean tradition and classic pizzeria craft.
In 1976, the brothers officially united their restaurants under the Four Brothers name, expanding across the Hudson Valley and Berkshires.
