A cake sculpted to look like a New York bagel and lox, cream cheese, salmon, and all, rendered entirely in cake and frosting. It’s a hometown tribute in Amirah Kassem’s signature optical-illusion style. She opened Flour Shop in SoHo in 2012, building a name on cakes that look like anything but cake. An only-in-New-York showpiece that eats sweeter than it looks.
This package serves 13-15 people and includes 1 Bagel & Lox Cake
- Each cake measures 8″ × 4″ and weighs approx. 6 lbs.
- Cake ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store cake in the refrigerator for up to 6 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months. May be enjoyed at room temperature or chilled.
To Serve
- Thaw in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours or at room temperature for 2 hours.
