Detroit Style Pizza Co. ships its award-winning Detroit-style pizzas nationwide on Goldbelly! This pizza pack is all about the best of the best. Do away with choice and try three all time favorite pizzas. Baked in deep blue steel pans used by mechanics on the assembly line, this Motor City pie once confined to the metro Detroit area is finally getting the recognition it deserves.

Detroit Style Pizza Co. was founded in 2012 by the late Shawn Randazzo, who was crowned the champion 2012 World Pizza Maker of the Year at the International Pizza Expo. They’re turning out some of the best Detroit-style pizza around, with its soft & airy, focaccia-like crust with a ring of crunchy caramelized cheese around the rim.

This package serves 6 people and includes 3 Pizzas

  • Each pizza serves 2 people and measures approx. 7″ × 9″

Pizzas are also offered with a gluten-free crust. It is not possible to mix and match pizza crusts in package (i.e., 1 regular, 2 gluten-free). Sorry about that!

  • Pizzas are made-to-order and promptly frozen.
  • Although each box is carefully packed with ice packs and picked up for immediate shipment, it is normal for the pizza and ice packs to partially thaw during shipment.
  • Upon receipt, please, cook, refrigerate or place in the freezer.
  • Pizzas will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 1-2 days. If you wish to keep them longer, you can store them in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Cooking Instructions
From Frozen

  • Preheat oven to 375F. (If using toaster oven 350F)
  • Remove pizza from wrapper. Place on cookie sheet.
  • Place cookie sheet in oven on center rack. Cook approximately 25 minutes.(G.F. 15 min.)
  • Carefully take pizza out of oven and let cool for a couple minutes. Enjoy!

From Thawed

  • Preheat oven to 375F. (If using toaster oven 350F)
  • Remove pizza from wrapper. Place on cookie sheet.
  • Place cookie sheet in oven on center rack. Cook approximately 15 minutes.(G.F. 10 min.)

Detroit has brought us a lot of beautiful things over the years--Motown, iconic cars, Tom Selleck… so when they say they’ve got a style of pizza that’s as good as New York or Chicago, we felt we at least owed the city a bite… which quickly turned into a slice… and then the whole dang pizza. True to Detroit tradition, these pizzas all come down to the dough, which is soft and airy on the inside, yet crispy on the outside courtesy of the blue steel pans in which they are baked. As the pizza bakes in these seasoned pans once used by mechanics on the assembly line, the outer edges of the layer of cheese begins to caramelize, forming a delicious golden brown cheese barrier around the perimeter of the pie (also known as the eighth wonder of the world.)
