This package serves 4-6 people and includes
- Ox Bone Broth (3.5 Qts.)
- Thinly Sliced Beef Brisket (12 oz.)
- 4 Rice Bowls
- Garnishes Not Included
- Soup and meat ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, remove the packaging and place in the freezer.
- Thaw soup and meat in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before cooking.
- Soup and meat may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
To Serve
- Thaw soup with meat package in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before cooking.
- Place broth and meat in a pot and heat until boiling, typically 8-10 minutes.
- Carefully transfer into serving bowl(s).
- Season with salt and/or pepper.
- Enjoy!
