Daeho Kalbijjim

Daeho moved to San Francisco from South Korea in 1990, and he spent nearly 30 years running Korean restaurants in the Bay Area before opening the first Daeho Kalbijjim and Beef Soup location in the heart of San Francisco in 2019. Kalbijjim is a big, hearty stew of braised short rib covered with a massive amount of melted cheese. It’s traditional Korean cozy comfort food with a twist!

Today, Daeho Kalbijjim is one of the Bay Area’s hottest restaurants, with additional locations throughout the region, one in Las Vegas, and more planned throughout the United States. This is Korean comfort food at its finest, and now it’s shipping nationwide!
