Daeho moved to San Francisco from South Korea in 1990, and he spent nearly 30 years running Korean restaurants in the Bay Area before opening the first Daeho Kalbijjim and Beef Soup location in the heart of San Francisco in 2019. Today, Daeho Kalbijjim is one of the Bay Area’s hottest restaurants, with additional locations throughout the region, one in Las Vegas, and more planned throughout the United States. This is Korean comfort food at its finest, and now it’s shipping nationwide!

This package serves 4-6 people and includes

  • Beef Bone Broth (3.5 Qts.)
  • Prime Grade Beef Short Rib (2.5 lbs.)
  • 4 Rice Bowls
  • Garnishes Not Included
  • Soup and meat ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
  • Upon arrival, remove packaging and place in the freezer.
  • Thaw soup and meat in refrigerator at least 12 hours before cooking.
  • Soup and meat may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.

To Serve

  • Thaw soup with meat package in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before cooking.
  • Place broth and meat in a pot and heat until boiling, typically 8-10 minutes.
  • Carefully transfer into serving bowl(s).
  • Season with salt and/or pepper.
  • Enjoy!
