Cindy Lou’s Cookies ships its famous cookies nationwide on Goldbelly! This sampler 12 Pack gives you the chance to sample one dozen of Cindy Lou’s best-selling and irresistible cookies. Each cookie has its own custom dough, and every ingredient is handmade in-house. These cookies are massive, delicious, and exactly what the best cookies should be.

Pastry Chef Cindy Kruse opened Cindy Lou’s Cookies, a classic All-American cookie shop, in 2017. Her Miami cookie shop specializes in big, old fashioned, seriously delicious cookies. Trained at The Culinary Institute of America, Cindy spent a decade working with some of the best chefs in the United States, including Emeril Lagasse and Jean Georges Vongerichten. Every one of the whimsical cookies at Cindy Lou’s reflects her culinary pedigree. Each cookie, like the Lemon Cloud cookie, has its own custom dough, and every ingredient is handmade in house. Cindy Lou’s Cookies was awarded “Best Cookie in Miami” (2017) by the Miami New Times.

  • Chocolate Chip – The American Classic – crisp on the outside, perfectly chewy on the inside and overloaded with gooey chocolate chips. So yummy!
  • Nutella Swirl – Delicious chocolate chip cookie base, minus the chips, has heath bar candy added for crunch and is swirled with Nutella for a perfect twist on the classic.
  • Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Swirl – A cocoa scented red velvety cookie dough is swirled with sweet cream cheese frosting then baked to perfection. It can best be described as tasting “just like the cake” but in cookie form.
  • Captain Crunch – Inspired by the popular cereal, a delicious buttery cookie base is mixed with a whole box of Captain Crunch to create the ultimate throwback to childhood. Sweet, simple and nostalgic.
  • Peanut Butter Marshmallow & Toffee – Delicious Peanut Butter Cookie dough is topped with marshmallows and toffee crunch – Nutty never tasted so good.
  • Oatmeal Raisin – Soft and chewy, this old fashioned classic has the perfect mix of whole oats, golden raisins, and toasted walnuts.
  • Lemon Cloud – Fresh lemon juice and lemon zest are mixed into a delicious cookie base to create a zesty lemon-based dough. Velvety white chocolate chips are folded in to create the ultimate flavor combination of sweet and tart. The dough is then rolled in powdered sugar before baking to give the cookie its crackly cloud-like finish.
  • White Chocolate Macadamia Nut – Velvety white chocolate chips are perfectly blended with buttery macadamia nuts for the ultimate flavor combination. Very addictive!
  • Salted Chocolate Truffle – This indulgent cookie has a triple dose of chocolate that is taken to the next level with an extra sprinkle of Fleur de Sel. Finally, a chocolate cookie with its own personality.

After 25 years of making grown-up desserts for grown-up palates, Pastry Chef Cindy Kruse realized she wanted to make sweets for the kid in all of us. So she opened Cindy Lou's Cookies, a classic All-American cookie shop specializing in big, old fashioned seriously delicious cookies, that are intended to warm the heart and nourish the soul.

Trained at The Culinary Institute of America Cindy spent a decade working with some of the best chefs in the United States including Emeril Lagasse and Jean Georges Vongerichten. In the summer of 2005, Cindy became the Executive Pastry Chef at the Fontainebleau Resort in Miami before venturing out on her own.

Every one of the cookies at Cindy Lou's reflects Cindy’s culinary pedigree while reminding you of childhood. Each cookie has its own custom dough, and every ingredient is handmade in house. Take the Lemon Cloud cookie, made with fresh lemon juice and zest. These cookies are massive, delicious, and exactly what a cookie should be. In Cindy’s own words “It’s a cookie. It’s not supposed to be healthy. It’s not supposed to be anything but delicious.”
