Calabria Restaurant & Pizzeria was founded in 1980 by two immigrant brothers, Guiseppe and Bernardino Ottaiano, and today it’s managed by Bernardino’s daughter Gabriella and Guiseppe’s son Guiseppe, Jr. Over the past 40-plus years, Calabria has become one of the most popular Italian restaurants in the northern New Jersey town of Livingston, where the locals go wild for its flawless thin-crust pizzas.

This package serves 6-8 people and includes 4 Sausage Crunchy Thin Pizzas

  • Each pizza serves 1-2 people and measures 12"
  • Pizzas ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
  • Upon arrival, place pizzas in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
  • Pizzas last up to 2 days in the refrigerator or up to 2 months in the freezer.

To Serve

  • Allow pizza to thaw at room temperature.
  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Place fully thawed pizza directly on oven rack and bake for 6-8 minutes (slightly less for plain cheese).
