Butterflake Bakery is a nut-free/sesame-free facility. No tree nuts, no walnuts, no pecans, no almonds, no peanuts, no sesame, no peanut oil, nut oils, or sesame oil.

Butterflake Bakery is committed to a no-nut policy using no nuts or no nut-based products in the production of their baked goods.

Butterflake has implemented a code of standards to ensure that their facility remains a nut-free environment at all times. They do not allow nuts into the facility at anytime and have allergen-free statements from ingredient vendors to ensure the kitchen remains a nut-free environment.

Butterflake loves the fact that they can provide nut-free baked goods and they package each order in a manner to reduce the risk of cross contamination once the order leaves their care. Please note that they strive to ensure the safety of their products but will not be responsible for any and all acts, illnesses, or harm that may be directly or indirectly caused by cross contamination or alteration of any of the products a) supplied to them even though marked nut-free, b) once they leave their facility. Once the products leave their care Butterflake disclaims all liability for any cross contamination or alteration of a Butterflake product that may directly or incidentally come in contact with any peanut or tree nut products, and/or other products or services that may contain or may have had contact to peanuts and/or tree nuts.
