Our beef sausage links are made with high-quality beef, a proprietary blend of spices, and slow-smoked over post oak until juicy and full of bold Texas flavor. Finished with a natural casing for the perfect snap, these sausages are rich, savory, and unmistakably barbecue. Fully cooked and ready to heat, they’re the perfect addition to any spread—whether served on their own, sliced alongside brisket, or tucked into a bun.

- Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
To Serve
- Let sausages sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes to take the chill off.
- Preheat the oven to 225-250° F.
- Remove sausages from the package.
- Place onto a sheet plan or small foil pan.
- Loosely cover with aluminum foil (don’t wrap too tight, gentle heat, not steaming).
- Heat for 20-30 minutes, turning once halfway if they’re thick.
- Remove from the oven when hot all the way through.
- Serve & enjoy!
