- Sides ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- Once ready to cook, thaw sides in the refrigerator overnight.
To Serve
Microwave
- Vent or remove the lids from each container.
- Place the first side in the microwave and heat for 3-5 minutes or until desired temperature is reached (at least 165° F).
- Repeat for remaining sides.
- Stir well then serve.

Burnt Bean Co., the Seguin, Texas smokehouse behind low-and-slow brisket built from a championship competition pedigree, was created when two former rivals — pitmaster Ernest Servantes and mentor Dave Kirkland — combined decades of major Texas BBQ titles into a single restaurant. Servantes had won nearly every competition in the state before the student bested the teacher; joining forces only raised the standard.
