Brown Trading Co’s founder, Rod Browne Mitchell, curated this Seafood Feast sure to please the most discerning of seafood lovers. Each pack includes Browne Trading Company’s signature Maine Diver Scallops, Royal Cut Smoked Salmon, and Norwegian King Crab legs.

The Royal Cut Smoked Salmon is smoked in their boutique smokehouse. Browne’s smokemaster cures, brines, smokes, skins, and packages by hand in small batches for high quality and consistently outstanding smoked salmon.

Many purveyors claim to have Maine diver scallops, but few use the term accurately. True diver scallops are hand-harvested from the ocean floor by professional fishermen who are also licensed SCUBA divers. Known for their sweetness and firm texture, hand-harvested Maine diver sea scallops are a true delicacy.

Wild King Crab legs from Norway are a prime delicacy. The largest size of commercially caught crabs, their meat is moist, sweet, and rich in flavor. These crab legs are precooked and frozen, and can be served and enjoyed hot or cold.

This package serves 6-8 people and includes

  • Frozen Maine Diver Scallops (1 lb.)
    • Includes approx. 10-20 Scallops
  • Royal Cut Smoked Salmon (8 oz.)
  • Medium King Crab Legs (2 lbs.)
    • Includes 3-4 Medium Crab Legs
  • Items ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
  • Unopened fish may be stored in the refrigerator for 5-10 days. Once opened, consume within 3 days.
  • Scallops may be stored in the refrigerator for 1 day or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  • King Crab Legs may be stored in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
  • King Crab Legs arrive pre-cooked and can be enjoyed hot or cold. Simply thaw for 24 hours in the refrigerator and consume promptly for best flavor.

To Serve

  • Scallops may be served in a host of ways: ceviche, sautéed, braised, steamed, fried, and even grilled as kebabs.

King Crab Legs – Boil

  • Place 2 cups of water and a tablespoon of salt in a large pot and bring to a boil.
  • Place the king crab legs on a rack or colander over the boiling water. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 – 10 minutes, or until the crab is completely heated. We recommend serving with butter and lemon wedges.
  • Serve & enjoy!

King Crab Legs – Grill

  • Simply brush the thawed legs with olive oil on all sides and place on a grill for 10 minutes (rotating at 5 minutes) or until heated all the way through.
