- Bundle ship with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Unopened caviar may be stored in the refrigerator for 4 weeks, once opened caviar lasts up to 3-5 days.
- Smoked salmon may be stored in the freezer, once opened place in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 weeks.
- Blinis should be stored in the freezer until ready to use, last up to 1 year in the freezer.
- Creme fraiche should be placed in the refrigerator for up to 8 weeks.
