"Big Flat Crack(er)" GIANT Passover Chocolate Covered Matzah

Each year, Jewish communities around the world prepare to celebrate Passover, commemorating the exodus from Egypt. The story, passed down through generations, tells of a hasty departure in which there was no time for bread to rise. In observance of the holiday, many Jewish people refrain from eating leavened bread, choosing instead to eat matzo—often referred to as the “bread of affliction.”

Big.Fat.Cookie believes matzo doesn’t have to be bland or boring. With a nod to its signature flavors, Big.Fat.Cookie created the Big.Flat.Crack{er}.

Big—because matzo is approximately 7 inches square.
Flat—because matzo is unleavened.
Crack—because it just might arrive that way. (After all, were you really planning to eat the entire gigantic piece in one sitting?)

As the name suggests, big.fat.cookie makes giant, 6-ounce cookies that are big, fat, crunchy, and gooey. After three decades of manufacturing costume jewelry, Linda Friend started big.fat.cookie in 1986 to bring colossal crispy-on-the-outside and soft-on-the-inside cookies to Chicago. Just like her wearable creations, Friend wanted to make inventive cookies that brought pure joy to everyone. Baked in small batches, these big fat cookies are so big that they are meant to be sliced like a pie and shared!

This product is made with Kosher for Passover ingredients, but it is not Certified Kosher for Passover or made in a Kosher for Passover facility.
