- Each bar weighs approx. 2 oz.
- Chocolate ships with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
- Do not touch dry ice with bare hands.
- Store in a cool, dry place between 60°F and 70°F, away from the sun and chocolate predators for up to 1 year.
- This will prevent melting, blooming, untempering, and overall heartbreak.
