Each flavor was inspired by Andia’s childhood in Cyprus and let us tell you, nostalgia has never tasted so good. This 4-Pack includes a pint of Baklava, Rose Pistachio, French Vanilla, and Lemon Basil Sorbet. To help transport you to the beautiful island of Cyprus with every spoonful, we’ve included small vials of authentic Cypriot olive oil and Cypriot sea salt, which we strongly encourage you to pour over your French Vanilla. The smooth and silky olive oil combined with their fluffy, creamy French Vanilla, finished with the flaky sea salt: absolute perfection.

Flavors Include
- 1 Lemon Basil Sorbet – The most refreshing, perfect combination of sweet and tart, this Lemon Basil is a lemon sorbet with fresh basil leaves throughout. This drool-worthy flavor won an Honorable Mention in the nation for 2021 Vegan Flavor of the Year.
- 1 Rose Pistachio – A light and refreshing rosewater ice cream with chopped roasted pistachios throughout. This is Andia’s favorite flavor, so you know it’s good!
- 1 French Vanilla – Multi-time national blue ribbon winner. Need we say more? Add your Cypriot olive oil and sea salt to take it to the next level.
- 1 Baklava – Tastes just like Yiayia’s homemade baklava! A nutmeg- and cinnamon-infused ice cream with chopped walnuts, honey, and chunks of baklava throughout.

- Ice Cream ships frozen with dry ice.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, remove from packaging and place the pints of ice cream in your freezer for at least 2 hours to come to scooping temperature.
- Pints may be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month.
