Born from a dedicated gluten-free bakery founded by a celiac baker who turned personal necessity into a mission — this Vegan Rustic Bread delivers on both safety and substance. A firm, golden crust gives way to a soft, hearty interior made with non-GMO flour and olive oil, ideal alongside Italian dishes, bruschetta, panini, or soups. For anyone navigating gluten-free life without sacrificing the soul of real bread, this loaf defines what’s possible. Large Rustic Loaves are only sliced down the middle to allow portion/serving size control.

Also available in a savory Tomato Basil flavor.

This package includes

  • 4 Large Original Rustic Bread Loaves (approx. 24 oz. each)
  • 12 Mini French Baguettes (approx. 4 oz. each)
  • Bread ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
  • Upon arrival, store in the freezer in an airtight bag or container for up to 6 months.

To Serve

  • To heat, place bread on a foil or parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Warm in a pre-heated 375-400 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
  • Tip: For a soft crust, completely wrap in foil and heat the same way. Can also be heated the same way straight from the freezer, or you can let it thaw overnight in fridge before heating.
  • Each baguette can be made into 2 servings.
  • Pairs well with Italian dishes, bruschetta, panini, soups, or sandwiches.

Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Baking Done Right

Started bakery after being laid off from a corporate position. Begun selling at Farmer's Markets, then opened a store front in 2020 and moved to present location in 2021. Being celiac as well as allergic to wheat and dairy is the reason why the bakery is dedicated to them so that there's no chance of cross contamination. I love and enjoy food and all the ways it connects, comforts, and heal us, but I also understand the importance of it being natural that's why we only use non-gmo ingredients, many of which are organic, no refined sugar, and no artificial colours or preservatives. Olive oil is the main oil we use but we also use avocado oil. I think the environment is the responsibility of all of us to take care of so that it takes care of us now and for future generations, so we do what we can to be green and not be wasteful including making almost all of our packaging biodegradable, or recyclable. Although it's sometimes difficult, and may require taking a breath or two, I think we all have a main shared goal of being (with happiness, safety, and health a part of that) and I hope that through food, we can reach that sense of being by finding kindness in ourselves to be kind to each other.
