This package serves 12 people and includes
- 4 All-Butter Croissants
- 4 Chocolate Croissants
- 4 Raisin Swirl Croissants
- Each butter croissant measures approx. 4″ × 2″ and weighs approx 3 oz.
- Each chocolate croissant measures approx. 3″ × 3″ and weighs approx 2.88 oz.
- Each raisin croissant measures approx. 4" and weighs approx 3.5 oz.
- Croissants arrive frozen and unbaked
- Croissants ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do Not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, place croissants immediately in the freezer (refrigeration not recommended).
- May be stored in the freezer for up to 150 days.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 350°F with rack in the middle of the oven.
- While oven preheats, place frozen croissants on a parchment-lined baking sheet 2-inches apart. Let thaw for 10 minutes. (Baking from a frozen solid state is not recommended.)
- Place the baking sheet on the middle rack and bake until golden brown on the outside, rotating sheet halfway through for even browning.
- All-Butter: approx. 30-32 minutes.
- Chocolate: approx. 25-27 minutes.
- Raisin Swirl: approx. 32-35 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
