This package serves 2-3 people and includes 12 Braised Beef Brisket Ravioli
- Each ravioli weighs approx. 1 oz.
- Ravioli ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store ravioli in the freezer.
- Ravioli may be stored for up to 1 year in the freezer.
To Serve
- Bring 4 quarts of water to boil.
- Stir the water with a spoon and add the frozen ravioli to boiling water.
- Reduce heat to a low simmer and cook uncovered for approx. 8-9 minutes, until ravioli reaches 160°F or to desired tenderness.
