This is the most classic version of Xi’an’s wide and chewy hand-ripped “biang-biang” noodles. You’ll cook the noodles fresh, top them with freshly ground red chili powder and aromatics, flash-sear them with smoking hot vegetable oil, and mix them together with Xi’an’s proprietary sauce consisting of soy sauce and vinegar, based on secret family recipes. This dish is traditionally and fully vegan!

Since its 2005 founding as a 200 square foot basement stall in the Golden Shopping Mall in Flushing, Queens, Jason Wang’s Xi’an Famous Foods has become the standard bearer for the little-known cuisine of the northwestern Chinese city of Xi’an as well as one of the best Chinese restaurants in the entire country, period. Today there are locations throughout New York City.

It all was good, except it was a day late and i think that was because of all the wild fire's in my area. I was a little nervous because all the ice pack's had melted but the item's were all cold and it was delicious!!!
