Bourbon Pecan Pie
Classic pecan pie, made with roasted, buttery pecans and a splash of bourbon. The nuts are roasted for deeper flavor, then baked into a sweet filling in a flaky, from-scratch crust. Two Fat Cats Bakery has made it its mission to bake the best all-American desserts in Portland, Maine since 2005, with pies, specialty cakes, and whoopie pies made fresh daily and praised by Bon Appétit. Perfect for a Thanksgiving pie lineup, a Friendsgiving potluck, or a slice with coffee on a cold afternoon. A little bourbon goes a long way.
This package serves 6-8 people and includes 1 Bourbon Pecan Pie
- Each pie measures approx. 9" and weighs approx. 2 lbs.
- Pies ship with ice packs and arrive ready to eat!
- Upon arrival, store pies in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Pies can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
To Serve
- Do not pre-thaw.
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Bake pies for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
