Need proof? The pizzeria’s legendary Taco Pizza and Olé Cheesesteak are mashups to end all mashups, and his subs are some of the most delicious & creative sandwiches you’ll ever eat. Famous Pizza Making Kit (Makes 4 Pizzas)
- 4 Balls of Pizza Dough (gluten-free available)
- 1 Ball Mad Mutz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese (16 oz.)
- 1 container Garlic & Herb Marinated Mushrooms (16 oz.)
- 1 container shredded Scamorza Dry Aged Mozzarella (16 oz.)
- 1 container Sliced Old School Pepperoni (16 oz.)
- 1 Jar House Made Marinara Sauce (16 oz.)
- 1 Bottle Tony’s Own Sicilian Olive Oil (8 oz.)
- 1 container Pecorino (4 oz.)
- 1 Recipe Instruction Card
- Pizza kits ship frozen with ice packs may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Pizza can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or frozen for up to 2 weeks.
To Serve
Pizza Making Kit Instructions
- If frozen, allow dough to thaw in the refrigerator for 1 day or at room temperature for approximately 6 hours.
- Pre-heat oven to 500° F.
- Get out a sheet pan and drizzle olive oil into sheet pan (about 2 tbsps).
- Press dough into the sheet pan and stretch to about 12 inches.
- Add sauce with 3 fingers shaped like a spoon, 1/2 ball of cheese, ripped per pizza, and toppings.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
