- Refresh bagels under cold running water. Shake off excess water.
- Bake on a baking sheet in the middle of the oven for 12-14 minutes or until shiny and golden brown.
- Check often and rotate sheet if not browning evenly.
- Cool bagels for 3-5 minutes, no toasting required.
- Individual ovens can vary in temperature and baking times.
