Every morning in Manhattan, you can find our expert team of bagel rollers making bagels the old-fashioned way using natural flours and ingredients. We hand-roll the dough, kettle-boil the bagels and then bake them to perfection at our seven bagel shops. Zucker’s is one of NYC’s favorite bagel shops and voted by USA Today as the city’s best bagel & lox sandwich. And it’s a family affair – New York native and founder Matt Pomerantz has been in the bagel business for decades and named the shop after his mother.
