Her creative cookies became an Insta-hit after she shared pics of her colorful cookies on Instagram in 2017. Since then, Zola Bakes has been making colorful bite-sized rainbows out of neon almond cake, eye-catching chocolate drip, and glitter. Trained at Épicerie Boulud and Magnolia Bakery, Zola bakes up rainbow cookies in small batches in every color combination imaginable.
