This package serves 20+ people and includes a Chocolate Bourbon Bacon Cake
- Cake measures 10″ × 5.5″
- This cake ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival, remove packaging and place immediately in the fridge or freezer
- May be kept refrigerated for up to 2 days and frozen for up to 2 weeks
To Serve
- Gingerly remove cake from box and remove all wrapping except the cardboard liner on the bottom of your cake
- Transfer onto a cake stand with lid
- Allow cake to stand at room temperature for 4 hours to defrost completely or 24 hours in the refrigerator, times may vary based on the temperature the cake is upon delivery
- If unsure, check with thermometer to the center of the cake. At room temperature it should read between 60-75 degrees Fahrenheit; in refrigeration between 35-45 degrees Fahrenheit
- When ready to serve, a slightly chilled cake will allow for easy slicing
