And at Whipped, an Urban Dessert Lab on New York’s Lower East Side, founders Courtney Blagrove and Zan B.R. are turning it into unbelievably delicious “Ice Crème” with offerings that are plant-based, vegan, and dairy-free, but you can’t tell!

This package serves 6 people and includes 6 “Brûléesant” Crème Brûlée Croissant

  • Each croissant measures approx. 4" and weights approx. 1.65 oz.
  • Choose to add on Sea Salt Crème (16 oz.)
  • Croissants ship frozen with dry ice.
  • Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
  • Upon arrival, store in the freezer for up to 1 month.
  • Do not store croissants in the refrigerator.
  • Sea salt crème can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

To Store

Brûléesant" Crème Brûlée Croissant

  • Preheat oven to 350º F.
  • Remove croissants from the freezer.
  • Heat for 8 to 10 minutes (oven temperature and baking time may vary).
  • Wait for croissants to cool for 5 min, the outside of the croissants should have a crunchy exterior once cooled.
  • Enjoy!
