Tasting Notes:
Boneless Ribeye Filet: Intense roasted aromas with rich caramelised tasting notes. Slightly sweet with buttery flavors and a clean finish.
Manhattan Filet: Roasted and caramelised aromas with tasting notes hinting at bread crust, white pepper, and rich butter. Extremely tender, juicy, and succulent mouthfeel.
Filet Mignon: Delicate, complex, and extremely tender. Roasted and caramelised notes aare counterbalanced with hints of game meat, white pepper, and herbaceousness. The tenderness gives way to a dissolving mouthfeel and a sweet, subtle finish.
