The Manhattan Filet is a special Westholme Wagyu cut that is made by taking a center cut, 6 oz portion from a New York strip. The result is a very indulgent, high marble score steak that is perfect for one person. The two-pack offered here is a perfect companion to any date night and will shine brightest seared at high heat in a cast iron pan, allowing all of that inherent marbling to develop a deliciously rich crust around every bite. Tasting Notes: Roasted and caramelised aromas with tasting notes hinting at bread crust, white pepper, and rich butter. Extremely tender, juicy, and succulent mouthfeel.
