Since its founding in 1889 by Jacob and Lily Weaver, Weaver’s in Wellsville, Pennsylvania, has been smoking meats over an open hickory fire, using secret recipes handed down over five generations and only known today by four members of the Weaver family. It’s a true family operation, and they’re shipping their finest offerings to your door. Whether traditional or kicked up with spicy pepper cheese, these artisanal smoked meats are made the old-fashioned way, and they’re a true taste of the Pennsylvania Dutch Country.

- Upon arrival, immediately place in the refrigerator
- Storing at Room Temperature is not recommended

To Serve
- Sausages are fully cooked, but are best reheated on the grill
- Heat one side of the grill to medium heat while leaving the burners off on the other side
- Cook sausages on heated side of the grill for two minutes, then flip and cook for two more minutes
- When outside is browned move to the cool side of the grill and continue cooking with the lid closed for 10 minutes
